With Labor Day and the beginning of school just around the corner it is high time our little buddy came to spend some more summer “vacation” with Papa & Gamma
Saturday we met at the half way point for an exchange of
“the package”
We gathered at the Texas Steak House and enjoyed lunch…
after our meal our waitress brought out a birthday cake to Papa.
Mommy, Baba and Michael had “Snuck” it in…
then
Michael W. sang
Happy Birthday Papa !
After our meal Michael’s parents headed north while Michael and his grandparent’s headed south..
At one pit stop a very neat tow truck was procured…
“Are we there yet?”
Sunday was a day made for the
Beach
Lunch was a sit down affair at the
North Beach Grill
Michael’s Hot Dog got a
“THUMBS UP”
But, even better than the hot dog was the “AWSOME” gun outside of the fort……. !!!!
Michael taught Gamma ALL about that cannon…
umm, I mean gun.
I’d venture a bet that our buddy would agree, “the end of summer vacation” is getting off to a pretty good start!
